I have always wanted to taste all the food cooked by top chefs that I spend most of the time either watching on TV or You Tube and I am sure I am not the only one who feels that way. Well we need not wonder any more because we can look forward to the
Pick n Pay Taste of Joburg which will take on the
26 to 29 September 2013 at
Montecasino Outdoor Event Area. This is where every foodie's fantasies will be catered to.
This festival is going to have a lot of things to do at one place,so they
won't only be concentrate on just cooking and recipes. There will be demonstrations from the chefs on how to pair different kinds of wines that go with certain food. That will be taking place at the
chef's theatre. They will also have
stalls that have different
drinks,ingredients and produce for you to buy and go try at home. You
will surely enjoy the atmosphere that will be there because there will
be good music and places to chill while sampling all of the good food at the
place. What can beat good food,good music and good people.
There are some
cooking classes with the chefs for those who want to do more than just tasting the food. It will give you great practice for when you try the recipes at home on your own.
Lord knows I need those cooking classes...sounds like a great family day outing or even a ladies DAY out!

Deleteits essential for a man to know how to cook and those cooking classes is the way to stop burning food if not burning ourselves.to attend the festival is a must,sounds like there will be a lot to be learnt on it.
ReplyDeleteLOL that is very true and it means you don't have to wait for people or you girlfriend/wife to cook for you when your hungry once you have taken the lessons.
